You should receive a confirmation email of your order placement which in itself is not our acceptance of your offer to purchase goods. This comes into effect once the order has been received, processed and the goods have been dispatched. Please note that the product lines and availability of items can change and the list prices of items are subject to changes due to increases in production costs. Any such changes can take place without prior notice. Delivery It is advisable that you leave a mobile telephone number so the courier could reach you in case you might be out when your item/s are being delivered. Please note that we will not be held liable for missing or, damaged items as a result of them being left by the courier in your absence. Information on delivery and structured charges can be found on our dedicated Delivery page that explains our Terms and Conditions, giving a full explanation. Please take note of the delivery options and charges that refer to Zones A and B, covered by the 'UK Standard' and 'UK Next Day' delivery option. Please also note that we cannot accept liability for any loss or damage arising due to the delivery of items outside of the time frames given. Delivery times are estimated and so there can be no guarantee that your item/s will be delivered within the set time frames. Password Security We will not be held liable or, responsible for failure on your behalf to keep your password safe and secure. It is your responsibility to monitor activity on your account and to not allow others to use it. Returns Should you wish to cancel the contract and return goods, you must do so within 7 working days of receipt of the goods, at your own cost. The goods must be in sound condition, unopened and in the original packaging, properly sealed. Upon receipt of the goods we will refund the original cost of the goods but not the postal charges. In the event that the wrong item/s have been sent to you, you should let us know immediately so that we can send out the correct item/s and arrange for the return of the wrong item/s. These policies do not affect your rights under the Sales of Goods Act or Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. It is not possible for us to offer a refund on food items once opened. All items must either be signed for or if accepted under the Covid 19 courier terms - must be first inspected as we cannot offer a refund for items damaged after delivery so it is important to check the goods before accepting delivery. Bags of food are actually boxed before being dispatched, to avoid damage so in the unlikely event, damage in transit must be reported immediately.
